I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is superb, right in the heart of Madrid, making it easy to access all the tourist spots. The rooms were cozy with a tiny but adequate bathroom and a lovely balcony. The service was top-notch, especially with the helpful tours and ticket assistance. However, the dining options could be more varied. Overall, great value for the money.
